This course is aligned to the Services Seta Business Administration Services SAQA Qualification 61595.    Call  Centre Training – will teach you how to Answer, Bridge, Clarify, Deal and End Calls – also how to deal with Angry Customers and give relevant product information – you will also learn about customer care –
how to pronounce and say words correctly and how to build up your English vocabulary,
together with telephone etiquette etc.
All the things you need to know to be a competent and effective call centre agent!

  • Ability to operate effectively in the workplace using a number of Windows-based end-user applications
  • Ability to receive visitors and screen calls
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers
